Kiah’s songs come from her observations and curiosity about right and wrong, her relationships with people and the world as she perceives it. Her lyrics weave stories about people, as she thoughtfully explores their world with a playful eye. Her melodies defy the ordinary (verse, verse, chorus, verse) format as she crafts unconventional song structures that hold surprises for the listener, yet are sprinkled with catchy hooks.

She started taking keyboard lessons at 13…wrote her first song at 15…and taught herself guitar at 16. Then it was on to open mic nights, as well as leading worship in church from time to time.

While quietly writing the songs that make up her debut album, Kiah built up tens of thousands of followers on TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/@kiahworships), posting primarily worship songs. While she plans to continue to do so, Kiah is now excited to finally present, for the first time, her collection of original songs which will mainly be promoted on her Tiktok channel (https://www.tiktok.com/@kiahsmusic) mixed with covers.
